RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shoes Preference order. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy.

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal. You will need your order number and email address. After your request is submitted, you will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions.

RETURN PROCESSING
Once we receive your return at our facility, our team will inspect the items. Please allow several business days for this inspection and processing. Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange for an eligible item, please select this option in our Returns Portal. If the desired size or color is unavailable, we will process a refund and notify you.

CONDITION OF RETURNS
Items must be returned in new, resalable condition: unworn, unmarked, and with all protective soles and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct value from the refund for any item not meeting these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase is also non-returnable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers shipping returns from outside the designated region are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and declaring the package as a return. The refund will be issued for the merchandise amount only.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund upon receipt and inspection.
